My family is fairly close. I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. The center focus is my parents. They are getting older, and sometimes they are paranoid and strange, but overall they are fun to be around. My sisters and I are closer to my parents. My brother is more into his wife’s family and his friends. The best thing is how our kids get along. They really love each other. We have 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 8, and 6 year old boys, and 11 and 12 year old girls. They like to be around each other, and can disappear down into my parent’s basement and be content to be together for hours. The adult stuff has no effect on them. I just hope they always feel this way about each other.
